Designed by Adapa Architects Limited, this contemporary Hong Kong Residence is one-of-a-kind with an entry that immediately sets it apart. The lavish home occupies a space of 4000 square feet and also has a curated garden around it that stretches a good 3500 square feet. Yet, it is the minor décor details that make all the difference inside Votre Palais.
A t the entrance is a wood and metal structure that offers shade to the entry and welcomes you gleefully. Step in and the entry room is clad in wood and limestone with bespoke décor additions shaped like a pencil sharpener, clothespin and more to give the interior a fun-filled and imaginative appeal. Colorful seating in the living area, kids’ bedroom with walls drapes in wallpaper and the nifty skylights add to this sense of whimsical charm. Step outside and a curvy, irregular pool along with a lovely pergola next to it and a dashing daybed accentuate this relaxing, happy-go-lucky aura of the house.
