Marvelous sustainable furniture made from sawdust and resin

Israeli designer Yoav Avinoam used an uncommon material to create modern stools – sawdust. Named “the Shavings Stool and Coffee table”, these two pieces of furniture add up to a beautiful and creative set for a modern home. The furniture demonstrates how leftover materials like the sawdust from the wood industry, combined with resin and creative skills can end up being one of the most adored sets in your household. Molds already containing all the objects parts were used to stick together the sawdust and resin. The cofffee table seems to come out of a fairy tale, with the branch-like insertions at the end of each leg. Bold use of materials and creative concepts can make all the difference when it comes to finding new ways to build sustainable furniture.
