Paraty House in Rio brings indulgent dreams alive with the sea, sand and stunning views

The coastal strip of Costa Verde of Rio de Janeiro is renowned across the globe for its stunning beaches, amazing views of the Atlantic and unique canopy that brings lush green mountain landscape so close to the ocean.

Paraty House designed by Studio MK27 rests on this beautiful strip of opulence and offers everything that one could think of in terms of lavish extravagance and a whole lot more. Obviously the picture perfect setting of this stylish contemporary home helps a great deal, as it is surrounded by beautiful canopy, hidden away by surrounding vegetation and opens up towards the refreshing sight of the majestic Atlantic Ocean.

But its superlative design and open form add to this visual experience and enhance it several fold and the designers from MK27 have done pretty much everything they can to keep the indoors constantly connected with the vibrant surroundings without any impediments. While the cubic nature of Paraty House confirms with the current popular architectural trends for modern structures, it has been divided into two spacious cantilevered levels with both of the offering unabated ocean view at all times.

While the lower of the two levels is completely encased in a glass wall on the lower level, the upper level promises more privacy that one needs. The interiors are sleek, stylish and pretty much designed to always keep those inside entertained with the many changing sights and sounds outside. The large and flowing spaces, an extensive wooden pool deck, refreshing pool, and décor that alter between the classy to the funky and retro ensure that the house has a dynamic look about it.

Elegant lighting adds a wonderful touch to the structure and should keep those amazing fun times going at night, while the bedrooms in the upper level with wooden blinds make sure you can always kick back and relax after partying hard, in peace. Practical, vivid and brilliant, the Paraty House seems to capture and bring alive the ‘Carnival’ spirit of Rio. [spotted on myfancyhouse]
