The Moebius House : computer generated luxury residence

The amazing and unusual shape of the Moebius house is derived from the micro design strategy of parametric modeling software as a response to the particularities of the site. The dynamically folded design suggests versatility and change and was dubbed inspired according to the Moebius strip, a spatial concept in physics.

The fantastic object is designed by Tony Owen Partners in 2007 and located in Sydney, Australia, having beautiful views of the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge.

Rather resembling to a car in its construction strategy, developed around a chasis, the residence features an elaborate steel frame clad in metal panels. The kitchen work area even looks like a dashboard, and the upper terrace looks like the deck of a luxury boat.
Just as impressive are the interiors, with highly modern furnishings, the futuristic cut windows, state of the art appliances and angelic light installations.
