Slovenian architecture firm Superform has an altogether different vision when it comes to renovations — and a very interesting concept is this house located in Ljubno ob Savinji close to the Slovenian capital of Ljubljana, where the novelty is that it constitutes of two different houses. One is using traditional styles and uses a lot of wood and stone. It has bedrooms, bathrooms as well as a kitchen. On the other hand the second house concentrates more on open space (has very good ventilation), and a lot of glass has been used in the structure.
Known for their architectural innovations, folks from Superform have thus separated the living from the socializing sections of the home; putting them in two divergent sections. Each of the parts is specifically designed to meet specific requirements. While the first is made for residential purposes (a massive house that is wood clad with shuttered windows) the other one taking care of social needs (is a boat like structure made of glass, steel, wood and rheinzink).
Have your say.
